Membership Terms

After completing and submitting the Membership Agreement, the member authorizes Parlor to charge their credit card, or collect payment via other means (cash, check, wire transfer), for the full payment of membership dues with an 8.875% sales tax.

Completion and submission of the Membership Agreement also authorizes Parlor to charge subsequent membership renewal fees, unless member cancels their membership in writing with at least thirty (30) days advanced notice of their renewal date. The renewal date is one year from the date the original Membership Agreement was signed and dated.

The member understands that membership fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including club closing, or relocating.

All membership dues are final. Members have the right to forfeit their membership for the current year of membership, but understand that all dues, including membership charges, will not be refunded. Any membership cancellation notification will be put into effect for the following
year of membership.

Membership dues are automatically charged on the anniversary date of the member’s original join date, or revised expiration date based on any modifications to membership. Renewal opt-out requests must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the membership’s expiration date.

Member has provided Parlor with its credit card or other financial institution information for the purpose of paying for goods and services which Member may purchase at Parlor. These other charges may include fees for late dinner cancellations, event charges, and food and beverage items. Member recognizes and agrees that Parlor will maintain this information in its files and acknowledges Parlor’s right to charge the credit card or other account identified in this contract.

Member is obligated to pay any collection and/or legal costs incurred by Parlor for collection of any fees and/or charges. Parlor reserves the right to charge balances and overdue balances to their current card on file.

Member Dinners are served complimentary for all members and their guests (see Member Dinner Guidelines section). Members are allowed up to 7 guests for dinner, or on any given night. Members seeking to bring larger parties must contact staff in advance for approval.

All members and their guests recognize their understanding of the “upscale casual” dress code. Parlor reserves the right to deny admission to any members or their guests if their attire is not in accordance with club standards.

Parlor shall not be liable for the loss of,or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of Member or guests, including items left on club premises, with the coat check or elsewhere in the Club.

Member acknowledges that no guests are permitted on club premises, who are under the age of six (6). Members seeking to bring guests under the age of six (6) onto club premises must contact Parlor staff for consideration.

Member acknowledges the following policies and understands that Parlor reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.

Dinners remain complimentary, gratuity and beverage charges are not included. There is a nominal seating fee for members at $20 per seat. Seating fee for non-member guests is $40 per seat. Seating fees are subject to change.

A gratuity of 20% of the total check is automatically added. Members have the option to permanently waive automatic gratuity, upon request.

Members may make reservations for up to 8 complimentary meals per seating, including their own seat. Additional dinners may be purchased in advance.

All seatings must be reserved in advance. Walk-in service will be accommodated as best as possible, however service cannot be guaranteed. Members and their guests are always welcome for walk-in cocktails.

A grace period, not to exceed 20 minutes, is assigned to each seating. Members and guests arriving later than 20 minutes understand their seat will not be held.

Once seating location has been arranged within the dining room, placement is not subject to change. Specific seating location requests must be made in advance.

Reservations that are not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time are subject to a $30 per guest cancellation fee. Same day reservations are subject to cancellation policy as soon as they are made.

Any modifications to reservations, including time changes, guest increases or decreases, dietary restrictions, must be confirmed in advance with Parlor staff.

Member must be present in order for guests to receive complimentary dinner service. However, members may provide club access to their guests in their absence, and guests can opt to purchase dinners.

Parlor reserves the right to terminate the membership of, and/or enact immediate dismissal from club premises for any person(s), members or guests, or any additional joint members on their account, engaging in any of the following types of behavior:

Illegal, or unlawful, behavior of any kind.

Offensive social misconduct including but not limited to inappropriate levels of intoxication;
lewd and disrespectful vocal abuse to other members, guests and staff, inappropriate sexual
advances of any kind to other members, guests and staff; aggressive and irrational behavior of any kind.

Guests unaccompanied by a member, or otherwise noted on member’s guest list.

Additional guests not included in the total number of allotted guests per member.

Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct. Any breaches of the above mentioned behaviors by member’s guests is grounds for that member’s membership termination.

Membership is only transferable in the event that the proposed new party is accepted by the Membership Board in accordance with Parlor’s standards of membership. New party must also provide a completed and valid membership agreement to Parlor.

Member shall not be relieved of Member’s obligations to make payments agreed to, and no deduction from any payments shall be made because of Member’s failure to use the Club’s facilities. Member dues are for the period of time and are no way related to actual usage of the Club.

Parlor retains the right to modify membership, events, and seating fees at any point. Parlor retains the right to authorize members’ card on file to be charged for any said modified fees. Parlor retains the right to modify any section of this contract and revise policy at any time. Any modifications of this agreement will be notified to members via email or posted to website, prior to exacting those changes.

Member assumes full responsibility for his or her use of the facility and website and releases Parlor from any and all claims, including those caused in whole or in part, by the negligence of Parlor and shall indemnify Parlor, the owners, its affiliates, agents and employees against any and all liability arising out of use of the facilities and website.

This contract constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereto and supersedes any oral or other written understanding. This contract only may be modified in writing executed by a duly authorized representative of Parlor. Employees are not authorized to make any independent agreements with any Member. If any provision or portion of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person or party or circumstances shall be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such event shall not affect, impair, or render invalid or unenforceable the remainder of this Agreement. By completing the Member Agreement, I am officially finishing my membership application. I am under no financial or legal obligation to Parlor until I sign and date the Membership Agreement.
