Jared Fischer, Sommelier
Recognized by the New York Times for his unique approach to building innovative wine programs, Jared Fischer is Parlor’s Sommelier and Wine Director. An alumnus of three-Michelin starred Le Bernadin and disciple of world-class sommelier Otto Sohm, he has served as Beverage Director at the Peninsula Hotel’s Clement. Currently, Fischer also leads the beverage program at Tribeca’s Locanda Verde.
Our club’s pairing-friendly wine list is designed to highlight the world’s most important varietals. Members may augment the list by ordering personal favorites from our extensive virtual cellar, which features over 600 references with 90+ ratings. For the wine connoisseur, Sommelier Jared Fischer edits a reserve list of rare varietals available to members through private sources on weekly basis.
