Private Events At Parlor

Parlor is located in New York City’s Soho neighborhood. Featuring the interior design of Marian Akinloye, the venue reflects a straightforward composition of tasteful understatement. Hardwood floors, Chanel runway photographs, nightlife paparazzi pics, customized lounge seating and furniture, and modern chandeliers echo the informed style the private club our members call home.

Facilities

The venue features two main sections: the Spring Lounge and the Hudson Dining Room, with an additional private downstairs area. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, the full venue buyout serves most large scale event needs. Each space is entirely modular and can be utilized for a range of event formats, from fashion shows, holiday dinners, promotional launches, birthday parties and wedding receptions, to pop up DJ parties.

Spring Lounge

The Spring Lounge comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests, or as many as 20 for private fine dining. This section features a full service bar, lounge seating and easily adaptable audio-visual attributes. However, it can be modified to incorporate dance floor formation, step and repeat setup, or buffet table options. The lounge is perfect for casual corporate meetings, small scale dinners, cocktail gatherings, speaker or presentation-led events and tastings.

Hudson Dining Room

Our largest section can accommodate parties of up to 120 persons. The Hudson Dining Room offers an expansive main bar and separate dining section for up to 40 dinner guests. The room is easily convertible to suit the venue modification needs of any event. Hudson perfectly suits DJ sets, live music setups, guest speakers with staggered theater seating, runway and display structures, or large dinner party accommodation.

Catering and Private Dinners

The club features two kitchens for full-scale catering operations. A prep kitchen downstairs and a full kitchen upstairs serve to accommodate simultaneous passed appetizer and sit-down dinner organization. Our kitchens are easily adaptable to any staff and have been used for a variety of outside events including The James Beard Foundation, Rodale, and Godiva.
